PRICING - All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion without notice.

ORDERING - We are strictly open by appointment only at 2 Burrum Court, Douglas, Qld 4814. Please phone Tegan on 0421043427 or email Tegan@GeorgiasGarden.com.au to arrange an appointment. Or you can shop in the comfort of your own home via our secure online shopping cart.  We like to provide our customers with a safe and easy shopping experience. Our website uses128 bit SSL encryption.  Payment is accepted by 1) Paypal - Credit card, 2) Direct Bank Deposit, 3) Cash.  You will be presented with our banking details upon checkout. Please place your name as your deposit reference.  Orders are only posted once funds are cleared.   If you select Cash, you must contact us by email or phone within 24 hours to arrange pickup from 2 Burrum Court, Douglas, Townsville.  No postage charges apply if you pickup your order.

SHIPPING -At Georgia’s Garden we value our customers and strive for excellence in service. We endeavour to have your in-stock order processed and sent within 24 hours. Items not in stock will usually have a delivery time listed. These times are a guideline only.  We will contact you should you order something not in stock and offer you options to a) hold your entire order till the stock becomes available, b)cancel the not-in-stock item or c) post your in-stock items now and your not-in-stock items when available. Option c) may incur an additional charge.  Our preferred method of delivery is by Express Post, however we offer the option of regular post delivery.  We will not be held responsible for packages which go missing during delivery, so we therefore recommend that you select Express Post and receive a tracking number.  Postage is charged at a flat rate of $4.95 for regular post delivery for orders up to $119. For orders greater than $120, we’ll pay the shipping for you.  Should you wish to have your items posted express post delivery an additional $2 will be payable.   You may also select to pickup your order from us at 2 Burrum Court, Douglas, Qld, 4814.  You must make an appointment.  Appointments can be made by contact Tegan on 0421043427 or Tegan@GeorgiasGarden.com.au
Worldwide Delivery – we’d be delighted to send our products overseas to you. Using Australia Post Air Mail, delivery is usually within 2 weeks. Shipping details will be confirmed with you upon checkout. Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for these charges that are not within our control.  Please contact us prior to ordering for a postage and handling quotation.

RETURNS - Georgia’s Garden strives to provide high quality items and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for some reason the product isn’t how you expected, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily exchange, refund or issue a credit note for your items. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany. Credit notes, or refunds will only be given on the item value, delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

FAULTS - If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the items value.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK - We will endeavour to keep inventory information up to date as possible. Georgia’s Garden cannot guarantee that all stock displayed will be available. In the event that an item displayed is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to organise an alternative product, place the item on backorder or cancel the item for you. Should you wish to purchase an item that is appearing as ‘out of stock’, please contact us and we will do our utmost to fulfil your wishes. Your items will not be sent until all items are in-stock unless otherwise requested.

LAY-BY - Pay a minimum deposit of 25% of your total order now and we’ll hold your items for up to 8 weeks. Payments are to be made by Direct Bank Deposit only.  You must pay the total balance within 8 weeks or the order will be cancelled and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.


COPYRIGHT - All images displayed on the Georgia’s Garden site are subject to copywrite and must not be copied without permission. If we discover a breach of copywrite, the appropriate action will be taken.
